We are seeking enthusiastic and supportive Teaching Assistants to work in a secondary school setting in South Norwood. This rewarding role focuses on enhancing students' literacy skills, including phonics, ensuring they have the tools to succeed academically and personally.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide 1 : 1 and small group support for literacy and phonics interventions.
- Assist in developing tailored strategies to meet the individual needs of students.
- Work collaboratively with teachers to deliver engaging and effective literacy support.
- Monitor and document student progress, identifying areas for further development.
- Help foster a positive and supportive learning environment that encourages confidence and academic growth.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
