• Level 3 Teaching Assistant Qualification (not essential)
• Experience of working in Primary Schools
• Experience of inclusive classroom practice
• An understanding / awareness of supporting SEND requirements
• Previous experience of supporting learning using a range of strategies, both with groups and on a 1 : 1 basis
