About the Role
As Chief Concierge, you will have the opportunity to create and shape a Concierge team that offers a fresh perspective on London, and a truly unforgettable experience to each guest. You will be a go-to for insider knowledge, exclusive access, and advice on London and the surrounding areas. A natural people person, with a curious mind, you will constantly be learning about new experiences, activities and openings in London to share with our guests and team. With a passion for discovering the unchartered, your bespoke service will set you apart.
- Develop processes, procedures and best practices for the Concierge department in advance of the hotel opening.
- Ensure the team are creative and driven by a desire to offer the best possible service to our guests, understanding guest preferences and passions to provide a tailored offering.
- Collaborate with suppliers and your network to create the ultimate guest experience.
- Continually research and understand new experiences, activities, outlets and openings, developing unique experiences for Rosewood guests.
- Support with all training and onboarding for the Concierge team.
- Drive the performance of the Concierge team to ensure the highest quality of service in conjunction with Forbes, LQA and Rosewood Brand Standards.
- Have a thorough knowledge of all Front Office and Concierge systems and ensure the team are trained and utilising the systems in the correct manner. Encourage the team to embrace technology where it enhances the guest experience.
- Collaborate closely with the Front of House team and the wider team to ensure a seamless guest journey.
- Strive for the constant development of all team members by allocation of duties, additional projects and the allocation of responsibility. Develop a departmental succession plan and ensure team members are working to their personal and professional goals.
About you
