Health Care Assistant. Manor Park Care Home

• Rate of pay: Days: £13.95 per hour - Nights: £14.95 per hour
• Hours: 22 hours (2 shifts), 33 hours (3 shifts) or 44 hours (4 shifts) per week available
• Shift Pattern: 8am-8pm or 8pm-8am, days or nights contracts available

We're looking for caring, compassionate individuals who are passionate about delivering high-quality, person-centred care.

What You'll Do

• Support residents with personal care, mobility and daily living needs.
• Assist with meals, hydration and daily routines.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Encourage independence and participation in activities.
• Monitor residents' wellbeing and report any concerns.
• Maintain accurate care records.
• Work closely with colleagues to deliver outstanding care.
• For night roles, help ensure residents remain safe, comfortable and well-supported throughout the night.

About You

• Previous care experience is desirable but not essential.
• Compassionate, patient and genuinely motivated to help others.
• Reliable, committed and a strong team player.
• Confident supporting residents with dignity and respect.
• Flexible to work 12-hour shifts, including alternate weekends.
• Keen to learn, develop and build a rewarding career in care.
• For night roles, a genuine night owl who thrives in a night-working environment and can remain alert and responsive throughout the night.
