This position is responsible for shaping and driving a comprehensive global L&D strategy, ensuring high-impact learning experiences across multiple regions. The role involves leading a small team, implementing innovative learning solutions, and collaborating with senior business leaders to foster a culture of continuous development.This is a fixed-term maternity cover contract running from May 2025 to May 2026.Key Responsibilities :
- Lead and inspire a small, dedicated L&D team to deliver engaging and impactful learning experiences.
