What you’ll do

Your key accountabilities will include

  • Deliver the operating plan, by driving sales and market share within Dairy & Poultry
  • Deliver profit growth through driving the Lowering Costs programme and managing key costs
  • Ensure all categories within your cluster deliver the ranging critical path accurately and on time
  • Lead your category team to build and communicate a strategy to your Head of Trading, which will achieve the goals set out by the Food Group
  • Lead an inclusive, high-performing team through strategic guidance, collaboration, and a culture that values diversity and individual strengths.
