We’re looking for someone with a proven track record in trading, exceptional analytical and communication skills, top-notch negotiation and project management abilities, and a flair for creativity and innovation. To stay close to customers, our support teams are in the office three days a week as we believe that skills are developed through collaboration, and that spending time together makes us more creative and connected.

What you’ll do

Your key accountabilities will include

  • Deliver the operating plan, by driving sales and market share within Dairy & Poultry
  • Deliver profit growth through driving the Lowering Costs programme and managing key costs
  • Ensure all categories within your cluster deliver the ranging critical path accurately and on time
  • Lead your category team to build and communicate a strategy to your Head of Trading, which will achieve the goals set out by the Food Group
  • Lead an inclusive, high-performing team through strategic guidance, collaboration, and a culture that values diversity and individual strengths.
