Health and Safety Manager

Mansfield | £55,000 + Car / Car Allowance + Excellent Benefits

Irwin and Colton have been engaged by a large civil engineering organisation to recruit a Health and Safety Manager. The role will cover multiple sites across Sheffield and the surrounding areas. The team are looking to add either a health and safety advisor or manager to join the organisation. The company turnover circa £65m and are currently adding to their portfolio of projects in the region.

Responsibilities of the Health and Safety Manager will include :

• Ensuring sites are compliant with both UK legislation and the organisation's strategy for health, and safety through supporting site management and their teams
• Auditing health and safety performance on various sites
• Accurately reporting and investigating incidents and near misses as required
• Working with the team to continue to look for improvements across health and safety

The successful Health and Safety Manager will have :

UK driver's licence essential.
