Salary : £27,785.00 - £30,275.00 per annum plus £44.56 per sleep in carried out and £1,400 attendance bonus.
Shift Pattern : Earlies / Late / Long days and sleep-ins on a rotational shift pattern.

Support the Home and Deputy Manager in the day-to-day running of the home, taking on senior duties when requiredHelp create a safe, nurturing environment where young people feel at homeWork alongside the team to implement care plans and strategies that enable young people to overcome emotional and behavioural difficultiesBuild strong, positive relationships with young people, their families, and external agencies to ensure holistic careWhat We Offer You
