Are you an experienced Senior Support Worker or Support Worker with a background in Residential Childcare looking to take the next step up in your career?

Location : Mansfield, Nottinghamshire

Contract : Full-time, Permanent

Salary : £27,785.00 - £30,275.00 per annum plus £44.56 per sleep in carried out and £1,400 attendance bonus.

Shift Pattern : Earlies / Late / Long days and sleep-ins on a rotational shift pattern.

What You'll Bring :

QCF Level 3 Residential Childcare or an equivalent qualification (in line with Ofsted standards)

Strong communication skills and the ability to handle challenging situations with compassion and patience

A positive role model who can inspire young people to believe in themselves

Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed

A full UK Driving Licence

Your Key Responsibilities :

Support the Home and Deputy Manager in the day-to-day running of the home, taking on senior duties when required

Help create a safe, nurturing environment where young people feel at home

Work alongside the team to implement care plans and strategies that enable young people to overcome emotional and behavioural difficulties

Build strong, positive relationships with young people, their families, and external agencies to ensure holistic care
