Job descriptionEstate manager required to provide support, services and maintenance to estate, residents, buildings and ancillary areas / services. Also manage, co-ordinate and liaise with suppliers. Key Skills; Exposure to large scale property management approaches including schedule management and quality control. Interpersonal skills with the ability to influence others at all levels of an organisation Commitment to development of others and self Analytical skills and ability to organise and manage plans with results focus Prepared to 'think out of the box' and in imaginative ways to solve problems Responsibilities; Identify faults, defects or repairs required. Perform with reasonable efforts any required maintenance and repairs. Support reasonable requests from residents for advice, support and assistance but not to perform internal maintenance of residents property or enter into any personal arrangements with owners or tenants, unless by prior arrangement with Directors. Maintain vigilance over estate security particularly with regard to unaccompanied entrants or visitors, ensuring unknown visitors are escorted to destination or off site as appropriate. Oversee contractors working on site (on behalf of Nashdom Management Company) including appropriate health and safety rules as well as quality of work undertaken.
