As a Senior Project Manager within the reinstatement team you must have a strong background within civils and need to be looking for a fast paced, challenging position with the opportunity to progress into a director level role later down the line.

• You will be managing 3 project managers and will be the go-to person for all issues and queries.
• You will ensure the day-to-day operations of reinstatement teams are going to plan from gangs being on time, to ensuring materials are available.
• This role will be supporting the Director of Sector so you will need to liaise with C-Suite, clients, and highways authorities.
• The perfect candidate would come from a reinstatement background working in a fast-paced environment and is looking to use their knowledge of white top & black top reinstatement to help the team become as efficient as possible!
• Due to the nature of the role you will need to be a great communicator dealing with all levels and different types of issues.
• You must be commercially aware and know how to run a cost-effective team.
• The salary is up to £60,000
