Our client is a leading legal firm specialising in personal injury litigation. With an established presence in the industry, they are known for their commitment to excellence and providing exceptional client service. Join their team and work alongside talented professionals who are dedicated to making a positive impact in the lives of their clients.

Position : Personal Injury - Fee Earner

Industry : Legal

Number of People Required : 1

Contract Type : Permanent

Driving Required : No

Working Pattern : Full Time

Key Responsibilities :

Handle a caseload of personal injury litigation files from inception to settlement

Conduct thorough investigations, assess liability, and advise clients accordingly

Prepare legal documentation, including court pleadings, witness statements, and schedules of loss

Negotiate settlements with insurers and third-party representatives

Attend court hearings and liaise with counsel as required

Provide exceptional client care and maintain regular communication throughout the claim process

Requirements :

Minimum of 3 years of experience in personal injury litigation

Strong knowledge of personal injury law, Civil Procedure Rules, and relevant case law

Excellent communication and negotiation skills

Ability to work independently and manage a varied caseload from start to finish

Attention to detail and strong analytical skills

Proactive and client-focused approach
