So…. What is this role exactly?

This is an exciting opportunity for a Compliance & Facilities Agent to Join the Housing Management team, working together to provide a high-quality service to our customers, in the Staffordshire Moorlands, High Peak and Macclesfield area.

We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic team member who has a passion for going the extra mile to ensure that our schemes remain safe, and customers remain comfortable and happy in their homes.

What will my working week look like?

You will be out on site most days visiting schemes ensuring the health and safety of our customers. You will live within a 15-mile radius to be able to cover your patch. You will also need to be based within a reasonable travelling distance of our Head Office in Birchwood, Warrington to attend meetings and training courses when needed.

What will I be responsible for doing?

First and foremost, you will be responsible for the health and safety of communal areas by completing monthly inspections, weekly fire alarm & emergency lighting tests, reporting repairs and monitoring these through to completion. You will be confident and capable, ensuring all work undertaken is completed with due regard for quality, productivity, and safety.

One of the great things about this role is you will represent YHG and be a 1st point of contact for our customers. Dealing with or signposting customers whilst supporting the Group’s approach to capturing and responding to customer feedback by taking the lead in proactively minimising and assisting in resolution of queries.
