Reporting to : MHI-EMEA Compressor Group, and MCO Saudi Arabia (MCOSA)

I. Company Information :
Mitsubishi Heavy Industries Compressor Corporation (MCO), a group company of Mitsubishi Heavy Industries, Ltd (MHI), is one of largest global manufacturer and service providers of compressors and steam turbines for Petrochemical and Oil & Gas industries. MCO is located its head office in Hiroshima, Japan and has key manufacturing facilities in Japan (Hiroshima) and USA (Houston).
MHI-EMEA is the European based entity of MHI and has a business group in London office dedicated for marketing, sales and after-sales services of MCO's products.
MCOSA (Al Khobar, in Kingdom of Saudi Arabia) is taking care of primary responsibility for after service support for customers in EMEA region.
II. DETAILS / ACCOUNTABILITIES :
As Service Engineer, you will contribute to MCO in its following three main activities.
To perform those tasks, MCO will provide necessary training program to understand and familial with the engineering practices of after-sales service operation for MCO machines.
- Providing engineering services to Customers Provide first aid in case of emergency at site through close communication between customer's site staffs and MCO engineers. Become a contact point of customers for all technical matters including customer service-related queries (., repair, parts), technical advisory service at site, consultation of service scheme for new prospective projects. Keep in close contact with customers through frequent visit to the site to receive and clarify their queries, and to explain them MCO’s queries and proposals. Follow up of customers status for submitted proposal to secure purchase order. The successful candidate will have ability to build / strengthen trust and relationships with customers to satisfy their needs and develop mutually beneficial business relationship.
- Communicating with MCO and MCO business partners Provide customer’s requests or any implicit needs to MCO and get their replies. Report a voice of customer, customer’s request including commercial matter and any business-related circumstances in timely manner. Support MCO engineer’s job execution by providing necessary technical information and advice properly and timely. Establish and maintain good communication network with MCO business partners (local agents and service providers).
- Technical Support to expand service business Promote service menus and TFA dispatch to increase sales volume of aftermarket business. Get the voice of customers to find new service programs.

Fluent in English and local languages.
