They offer an inclusive, flexible, and supportive environment with real development potential.The RoleAs Trade Accounting Manager you’ll be the go-to expert for all things sales accounting across the UK & Ireland. Working closely with an offshore team and internal stakeholders, you'll ensure financial data is accurate, risks are identified early, and reporting processes are smooth and compliant.This is a part time role (3 days or 28 hours / week) with flexibility in how you structure your working week. Perfect for someone wanting to balance professional impact with personal priorities.Key ResponsibilitiesManage and guide the external sales accounting team to meet KPI targetsOversee UK&I sales accounting processes and ensure month-end deliverables are metComplete and review balance sheet reconciliations, weekly accruals, and financial reportsDrive continuous improvement across accounting practices and systemsAct as a key contact for internal teams and external auditorsEnsure risks are identified and managed, and processes comply with internal controlsWhat We’re Looking ForSolid experience in trade / sales accounting, experience within FMCG, pharma, or manufacturing would be a bonus.Strong working knowledge of SAP and financial reportingConfident working with accruals, reconciliations, and large datasetsA proactive mindset with an eye for process improvementComfortable managing third-party teams and cross-functional collaborationWell-organised, detail-focused, and a natural communicatorACCA, CIMA, or ACA part-qualified or fully qualified Experience managing or overseeing offshore teams would be beneficial.Interested?
