Position Overview :
We have a new opportunity for an Associate Director to join our Consumer, Industrial & Retail (CIR) portfolio in our Corporate Banking team. Based in our London office, you will have the exciting opportunity to be a part of a growing sector and contribute to the overall success of Corporate Banking.
What You’ll Do :
- Work closely with the Director in the CIR team to manage client relationships which includes effectively addressing customer requirements
- Complete high-quality credit presentations including forecasts and financial model analysis
- Be responsible for credit-related activities including structuring loan transactions, performing due diligence, negotiating documentation, monitoring compliance and industry trends
- Contribute to prospecting and cross-sell activities through participating in marketing efforts
