As a Senior Software Engineer for Client and Firmwide Platforms at BXTI, you will be a key leader responsible for driving the strategy, development, and delivery of technology solutions that support Blackstone's client-facing and firmwide platforms. You will provide strategic direction, technical expertise, and operational oversight to ensure the successful execution of projects and initiatives. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, you will drive innovation, foster a culture of excellence, and contribute to the long-term growth and success of Blackstone. As a senior Individual contributor, you will be responsible for guiding and implemented key technical solutions across the Fund Finance and Investor Reporting space, as well as mentoring more junior engineers.

Responsibilities :

• Strategic Leadership : Provide strategic vision and leadership for the Client and Firmwide Platforms team, aligning technology initiatives with business goals and objectives.
• Technology Strategy : Define and execute the technology roadmap for client-facing and firmwide platforms, leveraging emerging technologies and industry best practices to drive innovation and enhance operational efficiency.
• Stakeholder Engagement : Collaborate with senior executives, business stakeholders, and technology partners to understand requirements, prioritize initiatives, and ensure successful project delivery.
• Solution Architecture : Provide technical guidance and oversight in the design and architecture of software applications, ensuring scalability, reliability, and security.
• Project Execution : Drive the successful execution of technology projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Risk Management : Identify and mitigate technology risks, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
• Vendor Management : Collaborate with external vendors and technology partners to evaluate and select solutions, manage relationships, and drive value for Blackstone.
• Thought Leadership : Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices, and provide thought leadership to drive innovation and continuous improvement within the organization.
