This role will see you come on board as a Contracts Executive (Legal) where you will be apart of a dynamic and creative industry.

This role is to start as soon as possible base in the London office. Your role will involve but is not limited too :

  • Draft, review, and negotiate contracts for content provided across all divisions
  • Work closely with Editorial staff to provide contractual support
  • Maintain an accurate record of contract progress
  • High internal stakeholder management
  • Experienced drafting, reviewing contract and addenda

About you :

  • Detailed orientated
  • Must have experience as a contracts administrator or executive
  • Previous experiences in print, broadcast, distribution and / or media is highly desirable
  • Excellent knowledge of Biblio
  • Ability to handle queries efficiently and have a keen eye for detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
