Term Time Only | Monday-Friday | 8 : 30am-3 : 30pm
We are delighted to be recruiting a Level 3 Early Years Practitioner to join a friendly and nurturing school-based nursery in Kidderminster. This is a wonderful opportunity to become part of a supportive primary school community where children are at the heart of everything we do.
About the Role
You will play a vital role in supporting the learning, development and wellbeing of children aged 3-4 in our welcoming nursery environment. Working closely with the Nursery Teacher and wider school team, you will help create a safe, engaging and stimulating setting that prepares children for a confident transition into Reception.
Key Responsibilities
Support children's learning through play-based and adult-led activities
Provide a warm, caring and inclusive environment
Observe, assess and contribute to children's learning journeys
Support children's personal, social and emotional development
Follow safeguarding, health and safety and EYFS policies
Work in partnership with parents and staff
What We're Looking For
Level 3 qualification in Early Years / Childcare (or equivalent)
Experience working with children aged 0-5
A caring, patient and enthusiastic approach
Good understanding of the EYFS framework
Strong communication and teamwork skills
