Salary £25,838 Pro rata - Earn £13.21 per hour plus 34 days leave (rising to 39) and health cash plan worth over £1140

Permanent - Part time (15 hpw)

Worcestershire - primarily in the Worcester area

What youll do

Lead support planning with your customers and work alongside and coordinate our Support Workers to deliver person-centred support

Balance support, safeguarding, admin and meetings while guiding colleagues and managing caseloads

Support Customers with daily tasks like budgeting, cooking and attending appointments

Work with multi-agency teams to safeguard and empower our customers
