A leading UK national Law firm is looking for an organised and proactive Executive Assistant to provide essential support to their local team, working closely with Team Leaders and Regional Executive Managers. You will have access to resources like the Document Production team, Admin Assistants, and Business Services, allowing you to manage your workload effectively while contributing to the wider team. Though you’ll have autonomy in managing your day, collaboration is key, and you’ll be expected to build strong relationships across the business and with clients, ensuring you align with the firm’s values.
What You’ll Need :
- Experience in a professional services environment , ideally providing support to executives, lawyers, or similar professionals.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively in a fast-paced setting.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a high level of attention to detail.
- Confidence to manage multiple stakeholders , delegate tasks as needed, and work independently when required.
- Strong relationship-building abilities , with the confidence to work with both internal teams and external clients.
