Our products are enjoyed globally and our brand synonymous with innovation, outstanding athletes, and ground-breaking technology.People are at the heart of everything we do, and were now searching for a Part Time HR Coordinator to join the team and provide support to the HR department by completing various coordinative tasks, ensuring the smooth and efficient running of HR operations.This role is part time, 20 hours per week with a requirement to work in the office on Monday, Thursday and Friday.A snapshot of the day-to-day roleAssist with the recruitment process, including posting job openings, scheduling interviews, sourcing candidates, shortlisting and conducting reference checksMaintain and update employee records and HR databases with accurate informationCoordinate onboarding and offboarding processes, including preparing new hire paperworkSupport the administration of employee benefits programs and respond to employee enquiriesAssist in the planning and execution of HR events and training sessionsPrepare HR-related documents, such as employment contracts, offer letters, and HR policiesAssist with monitoring sickness absence, holiday entitlements, right to work and benefit contributionsProvide general HR administrative support including filing, data entry, and answering queries

What we are seekingBachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent)Experience of working in an HR Coordinator positionStrong organisational and time management skillsProficiency using HR software (workday advantageous) and Microsoft Office SuiteAbility to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretionAttention to detail and accuracy.And, most importantly of all, youll be a team player, with a can-do attitude, happy to work in a fast-paced environment with a willingness to get things done and make great things happen!What we offer
