Whatyou'll do

As the first pointof contact in our branches, customers will be at the very heart ofyour role, so you’ll be committed to providing outstanding servicein every interaction. You’ll work with high levels of accuracy asyou provide each customer with a seamless and positiveexperience.

Day-to-day, you’llbe :

  • Havingproactive conversations, understanding the needs of our customersand helping them with their bankingneeds
  • Completing general banking requests suchas payments, balance enquiries andtransfers
  • Helping customers to understand thedifferent ways they can bank with us and the range of services wecan offer
  • Identifying opportunities to helpcustomers with simple financial products, and collaborating withother teams to provide a seamless customerexperience
  • Theskills you'll need

    To besuccessful in this role you’ll need to be motivated and driven todevelop your career and have a customer centric approach to yourwork. Strong communication skills are a must, as you’ll need tohighlight the benefits of our products and procedures to ourcustomers in a way that’s easy tounderstand.

    You’ll joinus on a competitive salary starting of £26,010, pro rata for thehours you work.

    What else youneed to know

    Your workingpattern

    You’re joining an incredible network ofcolleagues who are here for our customers whenever and whereverthey need us. You’ll need to be flexible in terms of the hours youwork, typically you’ll work during branch opening hours which willbe between the hours of 9am and 5pm, Monday to Friday androtational Saturdays, and this will include some bankholidays.
