Mercona is looking for an experienced Product Administrator to join our company based in Cliddesden, Basingstoke. You will join us on a permanent part time basis (5 days per week, but flexible) and in return, you will receive a competitive salary of £26,000 (FTE) excellent benefits including : performance bonus, 8% pension, life assurance, flexi working, medical insurance (after 1 year) and generous holiday.Mercona (GB) Ltd. specialise in own label and exclusive brand development. We work in conjunction with major UK and Northern European retailers, and we are committed to developing the best possible products to compete in increasingly competitive categories.About the Product Administrator role : Due to continued growth, we now have a fantastic opportunity for a Product Administrator working within our Suncare category.  In the role, you will provide crucial administrative support to the Product Management team.As a Product Administrator, you will be handling various product-related tasks, ensuring accuracy in documentation, and assisting with the smooth execution of product-related processes. You will work closely with our internal teams at Mercona and our customers ensuring that processes, product data and samples are managed efficiently.Responsibilities as our Product Administrator will include : Product Range Administration – accurately completing and managing documentation whilst maintaining up to date records relating to the product rangeStock Management – Managing the data on customer stock management reports in line with weekly timepointsData Entry & System Management – Inputting data using a SAP system, keeping records up to date on the packaging databasesArtwork Proofing Process - Assist in managing the proofing process for artworkSample Management - Document, log, and organise product samples for customers and track and distribute production and packaging samplesCompetitor Benchmarking - Purchase and benchmark competitor samples for meetings and analysis.Skills, Knowledge & Experience we're looking for in our Product Administrator : Attention to Detail : High level of accuracy in data entry and document managementKeen to learn : Enthusiastic, eager and motivated to acquire new knowledge and skillsOrganisation : Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities efficientlyTeamwork : Collaborative approach, supporting the Product Management teamCommunication : Effective verbal and written communication skillsProactivity : Ability to take initiative and anticipate team needsExcel : Proficient in excel to ensure accurate dataDon’t miss out on this fantastic opportunity to join the expanding team  – please click ‘apply’ now to become our Product Administrator - we'd like to hear from you
