You will be responsible for overseeing facilities maintenance works across the hotel, which will include an initial training period before supervising a small team of facilities technicians and sub-contractors. This will still be a hands-on role, and there will be opportunities to develop your skillset and gain qualifications across the core trades.

The Role :

• Overseeing property maintenance, repair work, and compliance across a hotel building
• Will still be a hands-on role, with a mixture of managerial and hands-on facilities maintenance work
• Standard working week, Monday to Friday with flexible hours. There may be a requirement for occasional weekend work
