At Rodericks Dental Partners, we understand the transition into your first role as an Associate Dentist, which is why we offer our bespoke FD+1 scheme—designed to provide the support, training, and confidence you need to thrive in both NHS and private dentistry.
What is the FD+1 Scheme?
Our FD+1 programme is tailored to help you build on your foundation training with continued hands-on learning and dedicated clinical support, including :
