Experience : Your previous retail or commercial sales experience will demonstrate your strong track record of store and team management. A proven leader : You will be highly experienced at working to performance targets, and be motivated to achieve results for you and your team. Inspirational : Your strong ability to lead will inspire and motivate your team. Communicator : Using your excellent communications skills, you`ll be able to build rapport and establish great relationships with customers and colleagues.
