We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced Warehouse Operative with a valid forklift truck license to join our team in Bredon, Tewkesbury. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual who thrives in a dynamic work environment and possesses the necessary skills to contribute to the efficient operation of our warehouse.
This is a full-time position with working hours limited to days only. There are no shift patterns, offering a stable and predictable schedule.
Key Responsibilities of a Warehouse Operative :
- Forklift Operation : Safely operate a forklift truck to move, stack, and organise products within the warehouse.
- Order Picking and Packing : Accurately pick and pack orders according to established guidelines, ensuring timely and precise fulfillment.
- Stock Management : Monitor and maintain inventory levels, conduct regular stock checks, and report discrepancies to your Team leader.
- Quality Control : Ensure all products meet quality standards by conducting thorough checks during the receiving and dispatching processes.
- Safety Compliance : Adhere to health and safety regulations, including the safe operation of equipment and the proper storage of goods.
- Team Collaboration : Work closely with team members to achieve collective goals and contribute to a positive working environment.
