Transport Supervisor

Location : Pershore

Working Hours : Monday to Friday, 10am to 7pm

Salary : £28,000 - £30,000 per year

Job Description :

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Transport Supervisor to oversee our transport operations in Pershore. This role involves managing a team and ensuring the efficient delivery of goods.

Key Responsibilities :

Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the transport team.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Monitor performance and provide training and support to staff.
Manage transport schedules and address any issues that arise.
Liaise with clients and other departments to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements :

Proven experience in a supervisory role within transport / logistics.

Strong leadership and team management skills.
