We’re looking for psychology graduates who want hands-on experience supporting children with additional needs. You’ll join a warm, welcoming school in Newcastle that truly values its staff. It’s the perfect place to build skills that’ll set you up for a career in Educational Psychology, Speech and Language Therapy, or Clinical Psychology.

What you’ll be doing

• Supporting students with Autism (ASD), SEMH, or PMLD needs

• Providing one-to-one and small-group interventions

• Working closely with teachers and therapists to help every pupil thrive

• Bringing patience, empathy, and a positive attitude to every day

What we’re looking for

• A Psychology graduate (or related degree) with an interest in SEND

• A caring, flexible, and proactive approach

• Experience working with children or adults with additional needs (a bonus, not a must)

• An up-to-date DBS on the Update Service—or we can help you get one

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
