What you’ll be doing

Keeping the kitchen clean, organised, and
running efficiently
·
Washing dishes, cookware, and kitchen equipment
to a high standard
·
Supporting the chefs with basic food prep when
needed
·
Maintaining hygiene, health & safety, and
food safety standards at all times
·
Helping with deliveries, waste management, and
stock organisation
·
Being a key team player in a fast-paced,
professional kitchen
What we’re looking for

Previous kitchen porter experience is helpful,

The Seafood Restaurant was the first restaurant opened by Rick Stein and Jill Stein in 1975. The Seafood Restaurant in Padstow is famous for establishing an international reputation for the very freshest fish and shellfish, often landed on our doorstep. In the centre of the restaurant is a Seafood Bar where guests can enjoy watching chefs assembling platters of oysters, langoustines and sashimi.
