Key responsibilities :

• Assist account managers with internal tasks including preparing samples and managing tender enquiries.
• Utilise CRM and ERP Epicor becoming an expert in both platforms to support efficient workflows.
• Host and manage quotes in Excel ensuring documents are wellorganised updated and formatted correctly.
• Edit tidy and print important Excel documents as needed.
• Generate highquality sales literature using Adobe Express to support business development efforts.
• Assist in implementing social media strategies by posting content on Facebook Instagram TikTok and LinkedIn.
• Handle customer enquiries professionally over the phone and via email providing excellent service and support.

Salary : 17000 per annum

Working hours : 37.5hrs a week.

Monday Thursday 8 : 455pm

Friday is from 8 : 45am4pm.

On completion as well as the valuable work experience you have gained you get a nationally recognised qualification at SCQF Level 6.
