Senior Simulator Flight Instructor Global Flight Training Standardization

Boeing Training and Flight Services is currently seeking a Senior Simulator Instructor Global Flight Training Standardization to join the team in Crawley .

This position is in support of instructor standardization across our campuses as well as supporting a growing global statement of work in support of external customer CBTA instructor training. The selected candidate will be responsible for the following :

Position Responsibilities :

• The highest caliber of instructors the ability to acquire and maintain all instructor qualification for at least one model
• Global travel to support customer instructor training up to 4 weeks at a time
• Lead facilitation in a briefing debriefing and classroom setting
• Represent the Boeing brand in the global aviation training industry
• Mentor and coach other instructors through the qualification and training process
• Provide input and feedback to drive change working collaboratively with other internal stakeholders
• Evaluate and assess trainee progress through the use of competencies and observable behaviors
• Promote global instructor standardization providing coordination at the Gatwick campus working in partnership with other Boeing global campuses

This position is expected to be 100 onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options .

Typical Education & Experience :

Education / experience typically acquired through advanced technical education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 9 or more years related work experience or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience (e.g. PhD4 years related work experience Master7 years related work experience 13 years related work experience etc..
