Job Purpose :
To help drive and support the ongoing roll out of the Workday platform and its accompanying support model / data strategy
Responsibilities :
The Global HRIS Solutions Manager will support the Group Head of HRIS and other stakeholders in order to deliver business critical Workday implementation and optimisation projects
- Apply advanced Workday knowledge to help support various implementation and improvement projects across the globe
- Be a subject matter expert on Workday Time and attendance functionality. Support existing time and attendance

Apply advanced Workday knowledge to help support various implementation and improvement projects across the globeBe a subject matter expert on Workday Absence or Time Tracking functionality and keen to expand knowledge to other complementing modules such as Workday PayrollSupport existing time and attendance configuration and developed amendments in line with regulatory / other changesLead on configuration design and development for Workday based initiatives : Data Structures, Business Processes, Time and attendance configuration and security role designCreate and manage EIB data loading strategies both for roll outs and ‘BAU’ mass data initiativesSupport key Workday clients and other stakeholders throughout implementation, cutover and support phases of initiatives.Act as an escalation resource for BAU query support / cyclical process support as and when requiredAct as super user for payroll related absence / time and attendance supportDeliver system enhancements and help manage the cyclical Workday update processes / tenant maintenance processesLead on implementation / design workshops as and when requiredSupport in test phases by drafting / writing test scripts and using other adjacent toolkits where applicableBuild WD reports as per business requirements and in line with data strategyBenefits
