What you'll be doing :
The role purpose is to provide 2nd line analysis, challenge and insight of the risk profile and key enterprise risks (including horizon risks) arising within People’s Partnership, together with associated high-quality reporting.
The role will support the Head of Risk Advisory in ensuring adherence to the risk framework, monitoring of associated risk appetites across the group, and the management of the Operational Resilience programme. As part of this role, there will be an expectation that internal and external information sources will be monitored to assist in providing insights to internal risk identification and assessments.
The role will lead on the analysis of risk, control, and incident data and in reporting to governance forums, as well as designing and delivering a regular program of thematic work by the risk function.

oKey Risk Indicators and monitoring against appetites.
oInternal risk profile relative to industry norms
oIntegrity of risk assessments relative to observed incidents, frequency of issues and incidents
oAreas of risk overlap or gaps in risk profile
oAdequacy of action plans and paths to future target state
oIntegrity of data relative to agreed Risk taxonomy by identifying instances of mis-categorisation or misidentification
