Job Title : Administrative Assistant
Client Location : Central London - Hybrid
Starting : March 2025
Salary / Pay Rate : £28.85 per hour, 40 hrs / week (PAYE)
Hours : Full-time
Duration : 3 / 4 months
We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to provide high-level support to the Senior Directors, and the team. This role is based in the London office and offers the opportunity to work within a fast-paced, dynamic entertainment environment.
This is a 3 / 4 month contract, offering £28.85 per hour, 40 hrs / week (PAYE).
The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, proactive, and highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple responsibilities while maintaining exceptional attention to detail. This role requires strong communication skills, a solutions-oriented mindset, and the ability to collaborate across multiple teams and time zones.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage diaries, schedule meetings, and coordinate cross-functional calls across multiple time zones.
- Attend meetings, take notes, and manage agendas.
- Assist in preparing presentation slide decks and onboarding materials for new team members.
- Handle complex communication across multiple teams, including marketing, PR, brand, consumer products, and content.
- Organize and manage internal events such as offsites and training sessions.
- Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements.
- Manage administrative tasks, including processing expenses and maintaining distribution lists.
- Collaborate with assistants across multiple departments to ensure seamless coordination.
