The successful Warehouse Manager will be using your knowledge and understanding of worldwide freight forwarding operations to ensure maximum operational efficiency whilst observing high levels of professional customer service.Fostering a first-rate working relationship with internal stakeholders, as well as building and maintaining an excellent rapport with our external parties including airline sheds, customers and all interested freight forwarders.Be the managing interface between our current Transport & Operations team, and both import and export facilities.Assisting with conducting of risk assessments, supporting the development of mitigating strategies where appropriateSupporting the building and management of effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholdersTake responsibility for the Warehouse Operative team for induction, training and development, sickness cover and holiday planning.Manage the document processing with particular focus preparation for the next shift's activities.
