We're looking 2  Export Clerks! ️

Location : Colnbrook

Hours : 7-7 (Day or Night shift avaliable)

Shifts : 4 on / 4 off

Days £36-38,000 / Nights £38-40,000

Join our client as an Export Clerk , where you'll play a key role in managing time-critical shipments across the globe!

What You'll Be Doing :

Handling AOG / time-sensitive air and road shipments

Communicating with customers via phone & email

Preparing and managing export documentation (HAWB / MAWB, customs, security, airline liaison etc.)

Ensuring accurate AWB ratings and compliance with IATA & airline regulations

Arranging pre-alerts, post-flight updates & quotations

Coordinating Crosstrade movements

What We’re Looking For :

Experience with AOG exports or freight forwarding

Aerospace / aircraft parts shipping knowledge ️

Calm under pressure with excellent customer service skills

Computer literate and self-sufficient ️

Car driver (due to location)

Flexible to cover holidays on opposite shifts if needed

Nice to Have : GCSEs / A Levels

Multi-lingual skills

Forklift License

Minimum Security Cargo Op trained

Systems You'll Use :

Boxtop, e-Customs / CDS, Microsoft Office
