We are working on a fantastic new EA position with a West London based Private Equity firm. With a team of around 50 people in stunning and well-connected offices, the firm has built a collaborative and non-hierarchical culture. The diverse team are motivated and innovative individuals, who work well to drive the company forward. They are looking for a superstar EA to take on comprehensive support to the Investor Relations team.

THE ROLE :

The primary focus of the position will be extensive support at partner level, with lighter touch to the rest of the team. This is a fast-paced role with depth and variety. Day-to-day will include :

• Extensive travel coordination
• Management of roadshows
• Diary management
• Management of events
• Liaison with stakeholders and investors
• Management of the CRM system

The successful EA should be confident with a team player approach. Resilience and flexibility are key, as the core duties of this role are ever changing. Prior experience supporting in an IR capacity is key for success, as is an innovative approach.
