The Phene is an iconic, food-focused pub in the heart of residential Chelsea. We have a fantastic kitchen team led for the past 10 years by Head Chef Sidy Kounta, who himself trained under Michelin-starred Claude Bosi.
Sidy takes pride in developing his team, with many of our chefs having started with us a KP and having worked their way up.
We're currently looking for a talented and experienced Chef De Partie who is looking to hone their skills and develop towards a role as a sous chef or head chef.

We are looking for an existing Chef de Partie looking for their next step, who considers themselves to have a passion and flare for producing quality fresh food in an environment that makes people feel welcome. As the successful Chef de Partie you will :
Have experience championing excellent service through quality foodDemonstrate a passion to deliver fantastic food every timeBe an active hands-on Chef de PartieShow willingness to learn new skills, be an active team player with excellent communication skillsWorking alongside your Head Chef, you will be able to demonstrate your creativity and ability by helping to design and deliver new dishes for our menusDemonstrate great planning and organisational skills, necessary to maintain effective controlsHave a pro-active approach to driving sales and delivering growth, through engagement with both kitchen and front of house teamsThank you for your interest in working with The Phene.
