• Assisting customers and workshop staff with parts queries in person, over the phone, and by email
• Using Pinnacle (or similar systems) to locate, order, and manage parts inventory
• Supporting the service department with timely and accurate parts supply
• Maintaining a clean, well-organised parts departmentWhat You’ll Need
• Previous experience in a franchised dealership parts role (essential)
• Knowledge of Pinnacle or similar systems (advantageous)
• Good communication and organisational skills
• A positive, customer-focused attitudeWhat You’ll Get
