Service ManagerLocation : StaffordshireSalary : £60,000-£70,000 base salary + 40-50% bonusThe CompanyWe are currently partnering with a leading global provider of critical power solutions, serving a wide range of customers from large commercial enterprises to the defence industry.This organisation has been operating for over 40 years and are now worth £50million, offering services covering everything from design and manufacturing through to rental and maintenance.Following the acquisition of the business in 2023, the rental operations division alone has seen almost 200% growth and are set to grow by a further £2million in 2025.As a result, they are looking to recruit a Service Manager with immediate effect.The RoleThe role of Service Manager will involve overseeing and driving the growth of their rental operations division. This is a key role for a dynamic and results-driven professional with a passion for leading teams and optimizing service delivery in a fast-paced environment.
