Job Title : Senior Support Worker (Children’s Residential Service) Location : Shard End, B34 WE ARE NOT ABLE TO OFFER SPONSORSHIP Salary : Up to £31,120 including Sleep ins Hours : Average 40 hours per week Contract : Permanent About us : Care Perspectives is a specialist provider of care and support to children & young people who have complex mental health disorders, learning disabilities, and emotional and behavioural difficulties. Job Summary : As a Senior Support Worker, you will :

• Provide effective monitoring, support and supervision to the staff team always acting as a positive role model in line with Care Regulations.
• Manage staff rotas, complete daily shift queries and ensure handover is completed to a high standard.
• Provide on call cover as arranged by the Home Manager.
• Ensure all required documentation and records are completed in line with requirements.
• Ensuring positive relationships with the children & young people, and always safeguarding them.

• UK Full Driving Licence
• Excellent communication
• Basic Computer Skills Essential
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience within Children’s Residential Service Qualifications & Experience :
• Experience in Residential childcare (Minimum 2 years)- Essential
