Job Responsibilities :

Carry out planned and reactive works within the agreed times and to the highest standard, complying with current regulations and clients specificationsInspection of plant & equipment, ensuring results are captured accuratelyWorking either as part of the maintenance team completing small maintenance activities or work independently on minor tasks without local supervisionAble to carry out works as per agreed timeframes ensuring practical completion is achieved as scheduledUndertake a range of maintenance repairs including installation of building fabric and civil repairs and itemsManagement & replenishment of local site stockDeliveries of material between sites and local suppliersSites Waste ManagementObserving the highest levels of health and safety at all times and ensure the best possible working practices are adhered.Patching & PaintingOverall site welfare dutiesWill be comfortable working at height
