You must have childcare experience such as babysitting, but no professional qualifications are needed for this role.Job Role as a Flexible Nursery Practitioner :
• As many hours as you need, we can offer up to 45 hours per week
• Most nurseries are open 8-6, Monday- Friday.

This means the hourly rate offered is the amount you receive in your bank account minus government deductions, this will be clear and correct with HMRC guidelines
