We are committed to fostering a positive work environment by ensuring efficient HR processes and compliance with employment regulations.Role OverviewWe are seeking a proactive HR Manager / People Partner to oversee the day-to-day HR operations within our Beaconsfield office. This role requires a hands-on HR professional with experience in onboarding, offboarding, drafting contracts, and issuing letters of intent. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple HR functions effectively.Key Responsibilities
- Onboarding & Offboarding : Manage the full employee lifecycle, ensuring a smooth transition for new joiners and leavers.
- Contracts & Documentation : Draft, review, and issue employment contracts, letters of intent, and other HR-related documentation.
- HR Compliance : Ensure HR policies and procedures align with UK employment laws and best practices.
- Employee Relations : Act as a first point of contact for employee queries and provide HR support to management.
- HR Systems & Records : Maintain accurate HR records, including employee files, absence tracking, and compliance documentation.
- Performance & Development : Support performance management processes, including probation reviews and appraisals.
- HR Reporting : Generate reports on key HR metrics and provide insights to support decision-making.
- Policy Implementation : Assist in the development and enforcement of HR policies and procedures.Key Skills & Competencies

- CIPD Level 3 required; CIPD Level 5 is advantageous.
- 3+ years of HR experience in an operational role.
- Knowledge of employment law and HR best practices in the UK.
- Experience in onboarding, contracts, and HR documentation.
- Familiarity with HRIS systems and reporting tools is a plus
