A service based in Beaconsfield is looking for a passionate and organised Assistant Coordinator for children in our before and after school care capacity. This is a permanent part-time position at 26.5 hours per week all year round - the perfect balance!

About the role

Co-leading a team of Educators, you will manage a service at a primary school in the hours before and after school for children aged 5-12 years. You'll have the support of a state specific office, plus regional managers who regularly visit and mentor you at your service.

• Develop and facilitate an engaging child-centered program full of exciting experiences such as STEM, sport, cooking, art and craft - whatever you and the children are into!
• Foster healthy relationships with children, the school, community, and parents
• Lead a team of Educators onsite, including roster management
• Manage the day-to-day operations of your service including compliance and administration

Based in Beaconsfield, this role would see you embedded in a vibrant school community, with open communication and collaboration. Holds or is working towards a Diploma in an ACECQA approved area (see the ACECQA website for more information)
