Join our clients team as an Production Administrator on a temp to perm basis! Providing administrative and clerical support to the Directors and Technical Managers you will play an integral role within the business including assising with reglatory compliance tasks Ideal skills and experience : Excellent organisational and multitasking abilitiesStrong analytical skills and attention to detailProficiency in MS Office and experience with operational softwareIntermediate to advanced excelData analysisTechnical proficiencyCommunicate effectively with team members, stakeholders, and clients.Strong organisational skills.Ability to work under pressureKey responsibilities : As a Production Administrator, your duties will involve a wide variety of different duties providing supportGenerating batch sheets for use in productionProducing hazardous labels for finished productsMaintaining stationery supplies for label printingProducing, editing & publishing technical documentation for transport, health & safety, customer information etcManaging & effectively using our formulation databaseDealing with and directing technical queries from customers and clientsAssisting with regulatory compliance tasks and helping to develop systems for various quality and environmental accreditationsProviding administrative and clerical support to the Directors and the Technical ManagerUse of various IT systems and packagesHours of work : Monday-Friday 8.30am-5pm with 1 hour lunch breakSalary : £12.60ph £24,180 per annumIf this role sounds like a good match for you, hit apply now!
