Job description

Activities Supervisor - KUWAIT - Exclusive NEW Health Club

Join Ras Al Ardh Health Club

Ras Al Ardh Health Club is set to redefine the luxury health, fitness and wellbeing experience in Kuwait. Located in one of the country’s most prestigious destinations, our brand-new club is being created around an uncompromising commitment to excellence, combining world-class fitness, wellness, family and lifestyle experiences within one exceptional environment.

This is an exciting opportunity to join the team at the beginning of our journey. As part of the opening team, you will have the opportunity to help shape the culture, service standards and member experience of a completely new premium health club. We are looking for passionate, ambitious and highly motivated professionals who take genuine pride in delivering exceptional service and creating memorable experiences for members.

At Ras Al Ardh, we believe that great clubs are built by great people. We are therefore looking for individuals who share our passion for excellence, demonstrate strong leadership and have experience working within premium, luxury or hospitality-led environments. Whether your expertise is in fitness, family, spa, sales, member experience or club operations, you will play an important role in establishing Ras Al Ardh as one of Kuwait’s leading health and wellness destinations.

This is more than simply a new job opportunity — it is the chance to be part of something from the very beginning. You will work alongside an experienced leadership team, contribute to the creation of new standards and have the opportunity to develop your career within a truly ambitious premium health club.

If you are passionate about people, performance and delivering exceptional experiences, we would love to hear from you. Join us and help shape the future of health, fitness and wellbeing in Kuwait.

Department: Family & Activities
Reports to: Family Manager
Direct Reports: Activities Instructors / Activity Team
Location: Ras Al Ardh, Kuwait

  • Encourage participation and repeat attendance.
  • Ensure activities cater for different abilities where appropriate.
  • Gather feedback from members and parents.
  • Identify opportunities to improve the activity experience.

Member experience objective:

  • The objective is for members to feel that Ras Al Ardh offers an experience, not simply a timetable of classes.

4. Team Leadership

  • Open days and promotional events.

Ensure events are properly planned, staffed and delivered.

8. Attendance & Engagement

  • Monitor attendance across the programme.
  • Identify low-performing activities.
  • Identify popular activities with potential for additional sessions.
  • Monitor waiting lists.
  • Recommend timetable changes.
  • Encourage repeat participation.
  • Support member engagement campaigns.
  • Work with Marketing/Media to promote activities.

9. Commercial Awareness

  • Although primarily an experience-led role, the Activities Supervisor should understand the commercial impact of participation.
  • Support paid activity programmes, holiday camps, special events, children’s parties, private coaching, activity packages, family membership engagement and cross-selling appropriate club services.
  • Identify opportunities to increase participation and revenue without compromising the member experience.

10. Cross-Department Collaboration

  • Work closely with:
