They are offering abase salary of £24,000
The role will be to support a thriving sales team, handling customers' accounts in an administrative manner and helping customers through the order process, providing excellent customer service throughout their journey. duties :
- Provide accurate and timely administrative support to the sales team
- Provide support to customers, acting as a point of contact and help build customer relationships via telephone and email
- Prepare and check customer documents
- Organise and facilitate delivery to customers
- Ensure systems and records are maintained accurately
- To assist with and direct incoming telephone calls appropriately
- To offer additional products to customers requirements :
- To have excellent organisation and communication skills
- To have a good telephone manner
- To have good IT skills, working with Microsoft programmes including Office
- To be proactive in your approach by putting customers first
- To ensure the highest standard of courtesy and efficiently in customer contact and communication
- Ability to multi-task and work well under pressure at peak times
- To sell our service in a professional manner
