They are offering abase salary of £24,000

The role will be to support a thriving sales team, handling customers' accounts in an administrative manner and helping customers through the order process, providing excellent customer service throughout their journey. duties :

• Provide accurate and timely administrative support to the sales team
• Provide support to customers, acting as a point of contact and help build customer relationships via telephone and email
• Prepare and check customer documents
• Organise and facilitate delivery to customers
• Ensure systems and records are maintained accurately
• To assist with and direct incoming telephone calls appropriately
• To offer additional products to customers requirements :
• To have excellent organisation and communication skills
• To have a good telephone manner
• To have good IT skills, working with Microsoft programmes including Office
• To be proactive in your approach by putting customers first
• To ensure the highest standard of courtesy and efficiently in customer contact and communication
• Ability to multi-task and work well under pressure at peak times
• To sell our service in a professional manner
